Perspective: Is America a Secular Nation or Prosperous Judeo-Christian Nation?

America, the coming secular nation

Isn't it convenient how this administration continue to manipulate our separation of church and state.  In fact what they're doing is trampling on the first amendment without any conscious.  Our  government was never designed to control the church and the church should never have control over the government.

This administration is constantly testing the waters to see how much they can further erode the rights of the people.  There is no justification for forcing people to disregard their deeply held religious convictions in a "free" country.  This coupled with the president's pronouncement a couple of years ago that we were not a Judeo-christian nation and his tolerance of restrictions on Catholic Priest who serve the military, calls into question his allegiance to our constitution.

  It is a small wonder that some of his associates have recently called for a review of the relevance of our constitution.  If anyone doubted that our country is on the brink of major changes those doubts should now be removed.  Are we willing to undergo such a radical change from our noble past ?

America, the prosperous nation

1. I believe America will be the next prosperous nation when it makes Capitalism the engine of manufacturing instead of speculation.
2. America is not a secular nation at the moment.  It is a Speculation nation.  America's current account is based on speculation on insider dealings both at the congress and wall street level.
3. Surely their is no Judeo-Christian value at play with the Speculation Nation we have become.  The Mosaic Ten Commandments or the Sermon on the Mount of Jesus Christ, does  not mention the good virtue of sinking trillions of global resource by mere speculations.
4. Even the prophets were conservative in their speculation of about future markets  or kingdoms to come,and their bait was not secular nation but glorious and prosperous nation based on Good Governance!
5. Reproduction and contraception were not the in-thing of theology at any time in human history in the way the current Cultural Warriors want us to believe.  Go, thee and reproduce was the commandment, not abstain!
6. There is no record any where in the Bible where  total abstinence of monks and nuns is preached in the same breath as full scale reproduction without contraception.
7. I scanned the holy texts over the weekend looking for evidence for the Contraception lectures either by the prophets of old or Jesus the Christ.  None could be found.
8. Where did the Catholics Priests get the notion of the Earth is Flat, where in Genesis 1:1 it says clearly it is a sphere, and when Galileo declared the sun and not the earth is at the center of our solar system, he was declared an illuminati and was crucified by the Catholic Church.
9. Let us not forget what happened to the Jews in Europe under the nose of the Catholic church, where the Jewish lives were not protected.
10. Imagine a religious community that could not reign in its pedophile priests who sexually abuse young boys and girls while claiming to be monks with no reproductive life, etc. demanding  to control the reproductive health of women in the name of contraception.
11. If the majority Catholic Women who practice contraception came up with this new notion of how best to use or avoid contraception, it would have been a different story.
12. But it is men, especially those men who have opted out of the reproductive life that the Lord consistently blessed humanity with that are creating the cultural war stories.
13. Yet these old men who practice celibacy in public and pedophilia in private, did not see the same level of support for the youth who were abused by Catholic priests, in fact there was active denial.
14. It was government and the attorney generals who pushed for justice and to date this criminal issue has not been settled.
15. Pro Life means protecting  the dignity of life be it human, animals or plants-all the time!
16. The lives of those victims of priest sexual abuse by the very people who denied their own sexuality and reprodutive life is a gross testimony that religion should be a personal choice and not an imposition by any group be it the priests or the Catholic Charities. Remember, charity stems from Divine love.
17. Yes, we need to be pro-life, but it needs to be total life of embryos as well as babies, youth the disabled, adults and seniors.  Specially vulnerable members of our ecosystem who told the truth that it is a sphere.
18. Now the modern day Neo-Anti-illuminati and I am already taxed already (Tea Party) movement are demanding that the central theme of the scriptures around the world, that teach to look after the young, disabled and senior citizens etc, (social security, medicaid and medicare) should be replaced with the notion of a new culture that promotes speculation and insider dealings and now are coming with the new cultural war of demanding to control women's reproductive life.
19. This is no secular nation, we are becoming Speculation Nation and Greedy Nation, that is seeking some cultural justification that is not based on the Bible or Judeo-Christian principles to transfer the nation's wealth into the hands of one percent nation.
20. We are overwhelmed by the notion of Government is the problem mantra by the same people who make their living from Government salaries or contracts,and who want to control our government.  There is a big disconnect here, either they are fools or expect the rest of us not to appreciate their foolishness!
21. Charity, love, respect of the Universal God and his creation and most of all, sharing our talents and resources that promote jobs is what makes the USA, the prosperous nation.
22. Yes we can become prosperous, not by speculation and Greed based Capitalism, but innovation, creativity and sharing the job market with the rest of humanity.
23. Remember: the market loves opportunity and exchange of goods,  and not Greed based speculation that exchanges nothing but speculation that encourages either hoarding or wealth transfer to off shore nations!
24. I rest my case, that  the US will move from Speculation to Prosperous nation based on our time tested value of faith,  hope and charity that makes the global market inter-connected.
25. The buz word is not secular but opportunity for all.  The 2012 election will be won by the party that promotes opportunity and prosperity for all, because the market loves connection and exchange of resources.
